3. Digital Products (Instant Downloads)

  • Access: Upon purchase, you will receive a link to download your digital journal.

  • No Refunds: Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales of digital products are final.

  • Technical Support: If you have trouble opening your file, we are here to help. Contact us within 7 days for a replacement file.

4. Physical Products (Dropshipping & Apparel)

We partner with third-party fulfillment centers to print and ship our physical goods.

  • Fulfillment: Items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping.

  • Shipping: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Returns: Since items are printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns for "buyer’s remorse" or incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size charts before ordering.

  • Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, please email a photo to [Your Email] within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
