🚚 Shipping Policy

At Hey Coley Press, we are committed to "Grounded Growth," which means we take the time to ensure every physical piece is created with care. Because our physical products are made-to-order through our global fulfillment partners, please review our shipping timelines below.

1. Digital Products (Journals & Downloads)

  • Delivery: Immediate.

  • Process: Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an automated email with a link to download your digital file. No physical shipping is required for these items.

  • Troubleshooting: If you do not see your email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@heycoleypress.net

2. Physical Products (Apparel & Printed Journals)

We partner with specialized fulfillment centers (Printify) to print and ship our physical goods.

  • Fulfillment Time: It takes 2–7 business days to create and pack your custom item before it is handed off to a shipping carrier.

  • Shipping Times: Once fulfilled, shipping usually takes:

    • USA: 3–5 business days.

    • International: 10–20 business days (depending on your location).

  • Tracking: You will receive a separate email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment center.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and your delivery address.

  • We occasionally offer promotional shipping rates; these will be clearly stated at the top of our website when available.

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.

  • Errors: If a package is returned to our partner due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

  • Changes: Once an order is sent to fulfillment (usually within a few hours of purchase), we cannot change the shipping address.

5. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, please note that Hey Coley Press is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Missing or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building's front desk.

  2. Contact your local post office.

  3. If the package is still missing after 3 business days from the "Delivered" date, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.
