At Hey Coley Press, we want you to feel grounded and inspired by every purchase. Because our products are either delivered instantly or custom-printed just for you, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. Digital Products (Journals & Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final. * No Refunds: Once a digital file has been sent or downloaded, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Technical Issues: If you have trouble accessing your file or receive a link that doesn't work, please contact us at [Your Email] within 7 days of purchase. we will ensure you receive a functional copy so you can "Breathe and Begin" without delay.
2. Physical Products (Shirts, Apparel, & Printed Items)
We use a dropshipping model, which means every physical item is printed specifically for you the moment you order it.

No Returns for "Buyer’s Remorse": We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or if you ordered the wrong size. Please refer to the size charts provided on each product page before finalizing your order.

Cancellations: Once an order is sent to our fulfillment partner (usually within a few hours), it cannot be canceled or changed.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Mislabeled Items
If your item arrives with a printing error, a hole, or is the wrong item entirely, we want to make it right!

4. Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first.

Filing a Claim: If a package is truly lost in transit (tracking has not updated for 10+ days), please contact us so we can investigate with our shipping partners.
